  • All items are made to order, and customization details are provided by you, the customer.
  • Customization details once confirmed cannot be changed after the order status has changed to “Making” or “Completed”.
  • Slight variations in color, texture, and design are expected due to the nature of the materials used in production.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices listed on our website are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is required in full at the time of placing the order. We accept prepaid payments via secure payment gateways.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice; however, once your order is confirmed, the price will not change.

5. Order Processing and Shipping

  • We typically take 1-2 working days to process and manufacture your order after it is placed. Shipping is handled by courier, and you will receive a tracking number once the product is dispatched.
  • Delivery times may vary based on location, courier service, and other factors outside our control. We will not be liable for any delays caused by the shipping provider.
  • Shipping is limited to certain areas, and we will notify you if your order cannot be delivered to the provided address.

6. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order any time before the status changes to “Making” or “Completed”. Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted.

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds are only provided for defective or damaged products. A valid unboxing video is required to raise a damage request.
