- Before Production Begins: You may cancel your order at any time before the order status changes to “Making” or “Completed”. Once the status changes, cancellations will no longer be accepted, as your customized product will be in production or already completed.

- Refund for Canceled Orders: For orders canceled before the production starts, you will receive a full refund, which will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds are generally not provided unless the following conditions apply:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged or contains manufacturing defects, you must provide an unboxing video as proof to raise a damage request. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the video and photos of the defect/damage. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Wrong Product Received: If you receive a product that does not match your order (wrong customization or wrong item), please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

As all our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any items unless there is a defect or incorrect product delivered, as outlined above.
