1. What products do you offer?
We offer a wide range of personalized gifts, including:
- Wooden gifts (e.g., engraved plaques and accessories)
- Leather products (e.g., wallets, keychains)
- Metal laser engraving (e.g., customized metal products)
- Resin gifts (e.g., unique resin crafts)
- 3D printing gifts (e.g., custom-designed 3D-printed items)
2. How long does it take to process an order?
We typically take 1-2 working days to process your order and begin production. Once your custom gift is ready, it will be shipped via courier. Delivery times depend on your location.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order at any time before the order status changes to “Making” or “Completed”. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, which you can use to track your order through the courier service.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are prepaid and we accept various secure payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking through our secure payment gateway.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our delivery options in the future.
7. How do I report a damaged or defective product?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. You will need to provide a valid unboxing video as proof of the damage. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
8. Can I return or exchange a customized product?
Since all of our products are custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product is damaged or you received the wrong item. Please refer to our Refund, Cancellation, and Returns PolicyRefund and Returns Policy for more details.
9. What materials do you use for customization?
We use high-quality materials for all our products, including:
- Wood for wooden gifts
- Leather for leather accessories
- Metal for laser-engraved items

10. Can I change the design after placing an order?
Once an order has been placed and the status changes to “Making,” no further changes to the design or customization are allowed. Please make sure all details are correct before finalizing your order.
